Where Heritage Meets Modern Living

What began as a kitchen renovation quickly evolved into a complete restoration of the home’s health and structural integrity. Hidden structural deficiencies and water infiltration required extensive remediation before the design vision could move forward. Exterior masonry was reinforced, mechanical systems modernized, new windows and doors installed, and a luxurious primary ensuite with a curbless shower was created. Guided by our designer’s vision, the home was transformed into an open-concept living space while preserving the character and pedigree of this century-old Montreal residence.
